Peace Plaza Sister Cities Garden
RISCA participates in the Keeling Puri Peace Plaza Sister Cities Garden.
Rockford’s Sister Cities Garden was established September 21, 2008 on the International Day of Peace to promote peace and prosperity through mutual respect, understanding, and cooperation.
This garden has flags representing the countries of Rockford’s Sister Cities. The flowers in this garden represent the colors in each country’s flag. Plaques in each section of the garden describe the Sister City relationship.
